A little bit about me.

As a coach, entrepreneur, and wellbeing practitioner I’ve worked with many individuals and organisations to transform teams, brands and people.
From start-up enterprises to large scale organisations, I've worked across multiple industries including community, tech, education, energy, banking and recruitment, supporting individuals and teams to accelerate their impact, business and personal growth.
Life has been a huge journey of revelations and learnings.
My own journey, to reclaim my life, led me to work with a Rapid Transformation Therapist, radically transforming my mindset to one of self-belief and abundance.
It supported me to be free of self limited beliefs and guided me to a deeper sense of self. I now love who I am, believe with great conviction that I am enough and am a happier and healthier human for it.
