How The Challenge Works

Over 21 days you’ll be guided to cultivate a simple and effective daily routine for a calmer and more grounded you.

The most powerful transformation will be experienced through listening to your personalised hypnosis recording, supporting your mind to create and cement new thought patterns.

All you need is;

  • A willingness to delve into your transformation

  • Dedicating 30-40 mins a day towards your transformation

  • No previous experience with breath-work is required.

What to Expect

Week 1: Creating your Calmness Mantra & Routine

Equipped with your personalised hypnosis recording and foundational nutritional support you’ll create an awareness of your current state, nervous system and overall wellbeing. This week is all about setting yourself up for success, understanding how you want to feel each and every day and action you can take to enable your transformation.

Week 2: Reclaiming your Peace

Prepare to delve deeper into your inner-self with daily practises that support new patterns of behaviour, for a calmer and more grounded you. Expect to learn new breath-work tools on how to shift your internal state, be supported to create new boundaries and align with your values.

Week 3: Emerging Calm

Having created new behaviours and thought patterns this week will focus on how you can continue to cultivate more calmness into your life and make it stick!
