What to Expect in a Session.

If you're considering Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) for the first time, you may be wondering what to expect during a typical session. Here's an overview of what typically happens during an RTT session:

1. Consultation
In our first chat, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, what you’d like to change, and how Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can help you get there. An honest talk about where you are now and where you want to be.

2. The Session
When we begin your session, I’ll guide you into a calm, focused state of hypnosis, a safe, natural space where your mind can open up and create change. You’ll be fully aware and in control the whole time. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s been driving the worry, stress, or self-doubt, and gently release it, allowing your mind to find calm, clarity, and a sense of ease that lasts.

3. Transformation & Integration
Once we’ve cleared what no longer serves you, we’ll rebuild with purpose. Using a blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and NLP, we’ll rewire old patterns and strengthen new, healthy beliefs. You’ll also receive your own personalised hypnosis recording, a powerful tool to listen to for at least 21 days, helping your mind fully embrace this new way of thinking and being.

4. Follow-Up
You’ll receive some gentle check ins to see how things are progressing for you in the first week post-session.

After 21 days, we’ll reconnect to celebrate your progress and the positive shifts you’ve noticed, perhaps feeling more confident, clear-headed, sleeping more deeply or in control. We’ll talk about what’s different, explore what’s next, and keep building on the strong foundation you’ve created.

Sessions are available virtually or in-person from my Tauranga space. Your session will be guided by a Certified Rapid Transformation Therapist, Coach and Hypnotherapist where you can expect to feel deeply relaxed as you move through the stages of hypnosis.
